Best things you can do to SAVE ALL LIFE ON EARTH. (well, most of it actually)

This was NOT a clickbait. I really mean it.
You seem well, but you are not.
I've been whispering for a long time, but you are not hearing well.
I've been sending you messages, but you have been ignoring them.
Today I am on the internets. Today, I will help you help yourself help me.

Here are 5 actions you can start with today:

1. Educate.
Educate yourself first and never stop educating yourself! Because the day you stop. You are dead.
You don't have to dig too deep. The education will start coming to you eventually if you are ready to listen and learn.
Many people have heard me before you. Many of them know how to write and share my messages. Learn from them. Translate with your own words and remember it.

2. Meditate.
My voice is really quiet and subtle. You will need to learn to quiet the cacophony of your mind and to focus on my voice. There are some great ways to get in that state. From the simplest breathwork and cold showers to yogic practices, ecstatic dancing and workout.
Thoughts come and go, don't judge yourself. They will pass, just like clouds in the sky.
See which works best for you. I will be there whispering.

3. Love.
Love what you do. Love the people you meet, the plants and all the animals. Love all alive and dead. Love every day and night. Love your life.
This is the fueling force for good and if you want to help me to help you help me. This is the way.
